Do you need some “vitamin sea”? well there is no better place to have some than in Komodo National Park. A series of islands around the Flores Sea, famous for its Komodo Dragons. But it is always more than that. The scenery around the national park is something else. what about a pink beach? well guess what this place have at least 4 of them. Epic sunset? it is a routine every evening. Living on board in our boat, and venture into the land of the dragons.
AVAILABE DATES :
But, don’t be disappointed!
It’s an arrival day. Normally everyone will arrived in the afternoon, so take your time, choose the best flight for you. We’ll pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel. Once everyone arrived, we’ll go for a chill sunset around the town, and having dinner together afterwards. Staying in a hotel in Labuan Bajo tonight.
KELOR ISLAND - RINCA ISLAND - KALONG ISLAND
Are you ready to sail?! We hope so. We’ll be going to the port this morning, board on our boat, and sail around the Komodo National Park. Today’s exploration including Kelor Island where we can hike a little bit to see some epic view of mainland Flores. Then to Rinca Island. Where we will be hunting the dragons. Don’t get too close though. They bite! After that we’ll stop in Kalong Island to enjoy the sunset while swimming around if you want. If the weather is good, we can see thousands of bats coming out of the islands while the sun is setting. We’ll be staying on the boat tonight.
PADAR ISLAND - PINK BEACH - TATA MAKASSAR - GILI LAWA
We better wake up early today, because you’ll be waking up in Padar Island! Let’s try to get to the top for sunrise. We will be looking at one of the best view in the Country. A rather weird shaped island with 3 beaches with 3 different colours of sand. Seriously! You have to see it to believe it. It’s gonna be a short hike to the top and down, but it’s quite an easy one. So don’t worry. Once we go back to the boat, we’ll be heading to one of the pink beaches in the island. There are a few of them here, but we’ll try to find the least crowded one. It will be either in Padar or Komodo Island. If the tide is low, we will be also stopping in Tata Makassar, a sand bank in the middle of the Flores sea. And then on to Gili Lawa for the sunset. Staying on the boat again tonight.
GILI LAWA - MANTA POINT - KANAWA ISLAND
How about another sunrise mission? If you’re up for it, we’ll take you to the other side of Gili Lawa. There you can see the strait between Gili Lawa and Komodo from the top during the sunrise. Then if we’re lucky we might see some deers as well. Once we’re done, we can start sailing again. This time we’ll stop in Manta Point. Hopefully we can see some Mantas, but if not, we can always enjoy the beautiful corals there. Our last stop for the day will be in Kanawa Island. Here we can have another snorkelling session to see some beautiful corals. Going back to Labuan Bajo and staying in the hotel tonight.
It’s time to go back home. We’ll take you back to the airport. See you some other time.
